Cancellation Policy – Pagan’s Pole & Circus Academy

Private Tuition

Please note that once you have booked and paid for a lesson with Pagan’s Pole & Circus Academy a timeslot has been reserved in our studio exclusively for you. If you cancel your lesson less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will forfeit the payment already taken for that lesson.

To avoid No Refund, please provide cancellation notice of more than 24 hours prior to your lesson.

You can cancel or reschedule a lesson by emailing us at info@paganspole.com texting 07973473295, or calling into our studio at Pagan’s Pole & Circus Academy, 128 High Street, Bangor Gwynedd, LL57 1 NT.

All Lessons purchased are to have been completed within 6 months of the booking date.

Courses

Please note that once you have booked and paid for a course with Pagan’s Pole & Circus Academy a space on one of our courses has been reserved exclusively for you. Should you fail to attend any of the course classes you will forfeit that class, with no refund or catch up offered.

Please note that all Grip Aid is excluded from this Refund Policy.
