Chris found aerial to be the perfect cross-training compliment to his other passions of running and mountain biking. Leigh has many years worth of experience both as performer and competition experience on an international scale. She loves seeing people shine on stage and would love to help you if you’re thinking of entering performance and competition spaces.

Leigh has had bad health in the past and has ADHD, so she deeply understands the importance of accessibility in a classroom providing variations in teaching to meet people’s needs. Niamh is confident in adapting techniques and teaching for those with chronic illnesses and disabilities, and believes that pole offers a safe space for many people, and she loves to watch people come out of their shell and become their best self after starting to dance!

Trainee Instructor Luned

Will Teach

Beginners and Intermediate Pole Dance, Pole Silks, Private Tuition (Pole Silks & Pole Dance)

Luned has been pole dancing for 8 years and has been doing pole silks for 5 years. She has always wanted to dance but she had no confidence. She did start gymnastics when she was younger but stopped as she was too shy to continue. She fell in love with pole dancing because of the accepting atmosphere and she felt safe there. Pole silks came later and she connected with it straight away.

Luned loves to perform and create choreo. She loves to tell you a story via dancing. It’s always been within her but she just got pulled down and no one really encouraged her or nourished that side of her. So she would like to be the person that encourages others and nourishes their creativity, doesn’t matter the size, capabilities, skin, race, sex, sexuality or religion, as long as they are kind and accepting of others. Luned was diagnosed at 23 with autism, selective mutism and BPD. She also was diagnosed at 12 with mild epilepsy. So she understands how hard it can be for people just to show up. She wants to encourage people to embrace themselves. She wants to create a safe space for everyone.

Luned loves all animals, she does have a soft spot for rabbits and cats. She would like to work with animals in the future. She was student of the year when she did animal care level 2. She loves crafting and drawing. Likes to be by herself and be in her own little world. She loves to listen to music. She is also a fluent welsh speaker, and will happily talk Welsh with anyone if they want.

This not a taught class, but rather a chance for you to come and play or experiment on various apparatus. Tracy will be present throughout the session, but think of this as a hire with the fun toys out to play!
