Testimonials

At the great age of 77 I have started trapeze with Tracy. I can’t believe how fantastic I feel! I need help to get on the darned thing still, but Tracy is so patient and encouraging, makes me feel that I really will be able to do it – and soon. This is after only 2 classes!

Tracy and her team have created a rare mix of qualified and safe instruction in a range of aerial arts combined with a truly welcoming community. Highly recommended.

It’s the final countdown – and time to choose your own adventure: Beast or Bliss?

Roll, drop and beat in this super fun workshop.

Trapeze workshop focusing on different entries to spins, controlling the speeds and flow. Open to anyone

Our flying pole will be the centre of attention in this spin style workshop (don’t panic, she can spin slowly!).

Learn to spin faster than Mary Poppins herself, you’ll be able to climb, fly and be a true badass during this workshop

Ever look at photoshoots and feel things are getting a little stagnated? Looking for quirky poses but not sure where to start? Tracy has years of experience and countless photoshoots to draw her knowledge from and can’t wait to share some polefect poses with you all. Let your inner Poppins reveal herself!

Hoop workshop focussing on innovative strop use. We will have low hoops for those with limited experience so do not fear! Let yourself take flight, you never know… it may lead to tea parties on the ceiling!

Trapeze workshop focuses on using the ropes to do combinations of static wraps and dynamic rolls. Any level is welcome to this class, but the ability to invert (even on pole or hoop) is necessary.

In this workshop, you will discover what pole silks is all about, with the perfect mix of pole and silks, combined to give you that fabulous flying feeling, whilst learning something new, and having fun doing so.

We will be looking at various tricks, entries and combos throughout, suitable for all levels!

What to wear:

Shorts that you would typically wear in a pole class/ that are short enough to have your knees and thighs out. Short sleeved t-shirt is perfect for this, please avoid long sleeves as you will need elbows for grip with various tricks!
