Heather Auditions for hit TV reality dance show ‘Got To Dance’

Pagan’s Pole is proud to announce the Heather Walker’s audition for the hit TV reality dance show ‘Got To Dance’, hosted by the one and only Davina McCall.

Pagan’s Pole was contacted by the show at the beginning of July and informed that not enough pole dancer’s had put themselves forward for the auditions. The show asked if we had any talented dancer’s willing to audition. Immediately I thought of our very own Paganette, Heather; with her unique blend of dance styles I felt she would do well.

Heather was more than keen to try so after a couple of weeks preparation time we trundled off to Manchester. Heather looked stunning in her metallic blue costume! Unsurprisingly the venue was packed with dancer’s from every origin and style. We did meet fellow Pole Dancer, Triplex Bex, who was also auditioning and we wish her all the best!

Now we wait! The show has told Heather to wait for correspondence that should arrive at the end of the month. If she is successful she will be to auditioning in front of the judges: Adam Garcia, Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt, and Diversity’s Ashley Banjo. How exciting! Let’s all keep fingers and toes crossed for Heather 🙂

Unfortunately Heather received an email on Aug 28th informing her she was unsuccessful this time. We are so proud of Heather and her achievements, and are behind her 100% if she does decide to try again next year!

Pagan’s Pole at The 3 Crowns, Bangor

Pagan’s Pole had a fantastic night performing to a brilliant audience at The 3 Crowns in Bangor last Friday evening. The Paganettes put on a fabulous show, including some doubles work, and some very daring tricks.

Our hostess and DJ, Ms Dolly Minxture was totally awesome, with humour that kept the girls in good spirits all evening and music to make us dance the night away.

Pagan’s Pole would like to thank all at The 3 Crowns for inviting us to perform and making our evening a memorable one. We hope to be performing again in this friendly venue sometime in the near future and hope we see you all there!

Pagan’s Pole does Pole Unity June 2010

Pagan's Pole at The 3 Crowns, Bangor

Pagan’s Pole performed at Pole Unity 2010 at the Wyllyots Theatre, Potters Bar, Herts.

The performers consisted of : Tracy Huckfield, Emma Boutet, Heather Walker, Nicola Morgan, Nikki Lines and the star of the show, Paul Morgan. A fantastic time was had by all, from the moment we arrived to the fantastic social evening after the event.

Pagan’s Pole was among 25 other pole schools from across the globe performing in Pole Unity this year. The show was as always both entertaining and inspiring. The charity Pole Unity was supporting was to raise money for those who had fallen off the pole during training/performances and suffered extreme injury, leaving them paralized from the neck down. With a cause so close to all of our hearts we were happy to assist in raising as much cash as possible.

Many thanks to Pole Unity for giving us an opportunity to put on our show!
