Welcome to Pagan’s Pole – Fitness and Dance Lessons

Pagan’s Pole offers you a chance to experience the fun new fitness craze taking the nation by storm… POLE DANCING!!!

Pole Dancing incorporates spinning moves, static poses, inverted positions and transitional dance using a vertical pole. Best described as a cross between ballet, gymnastics and aerial dance, pole dancing is both empowering and seductive. It will tone the body, defining muscles and building upper body strength, while also improving posture, flexibility and co-ordination.

Almost anyone can learn to pole dance, and Pagan’s Pole offers specialised tuition tailored to each person’s ability, from beginners spins and basic transitions to super advanced tricks and acrobatics for the more daring and experienced!   Our aim is to provide dance classes for everybody!  So whether you’re looking for a novel way to put a smile on your partners’ face, or a way to improve your fitness levels and body tone, Pagan’s Pole dancing lessons are the thing for you!

Pagan’s Pole was also responsible for organizing Wales’ first ever regional pole competition. The success of the North Wales Pole Competition has since led to the development of the All Wales Pole Championships (AWPC) again organized and presented by Pagan’s Pole.

This year Pagan’s Pole will be organizing and participating in The All Wales Championships 2015, venturing to Germany for Mr and Miss Pole Dance Globe and participating in Marlo Frisken’s POLE FLOW course, to name just a few things!  Pagan’s Pole is also performing in local venues and events, such as The Burlesque Show at The Menai, Bangor.
